Found this little gem for Sunday breakfast on an overnight stay in Launceston. We chose it as my wife is vegetarian. The quirky interior shows off the history of the building, but also adds a few hints of modernity.
We were greeted by a very friendly young lady who gave us great service during our meal.
The food was excellent, good sizes and well prepared and presented. My shakshuka was delicious, and my wife said her meal was worthy of a perfect 10, which is very rare.
This vegetarian cafe really is great, with a large choice of meals and drinks that non vegetarian people like myself can enjoy. Well done Mad Apple😁Tony C

Classic eggs your way was elevated to the next level with perfect poached eggs that were lightly seasoned with spices, local sour dough bread, with a side of spinach with a beautiful zesty dressing.
